Subscription Options

All account management is handled through Substack. We cannot:

• Process enrollments

• Modify trial terms

• Handle billing

• Access payment information

We offer three subscription types:

• Free newsletter subscription

• 7-day free trial with full access that converts to a subscription at the end of the 7-day period

• Paid subscriptions, monthly or yearly

Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions after 7 days unless canceled. Since trial users have access to premium content, they are not eligible for a full refund after converting to a paid subscription. However, we can offer a prorated refund if you choose to cancel your subscription.

Charges and Refunds

To manage your subscription:

• Select the free newsletter option if you prefer not to pay

• Cancel your trial before the 7-day period ends to avoid charges

• Manage your paid subscription through your Substack account settings

A charge on your account indicates either:

• You chose to sign up for a trial or paid subscription

• A system error in Substack's payment processing
